After hours emergency Requests

After hours emergency maintenance may be necessary when UCHA is closed at night, on weekends and holidays. The emergency phone number for maintenance is 731.446.9618. Emergency calls will be answered between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. during the week, on weekends and holidays. Emergencies are classified as a situation that poses an immediate or potential health and safety of residents, or danger of property.

Emergency Line
Examples of emergency services:
  • No heat when it is below 50 degrees outside
  • No air conditioning when it is above 75 degrees outside
  • A gas leak or gas odor
  • Water flooding the apartment
  • Total power failure of unit
  • Stopped up commode
  • Pilot out on cookstove/ cookstove not working
  • Locked out of your apartment ( charge based on the current maintenance charges)
  • Smoke/carbon monoxide alarm beeping/inoperable
